Made Especially for You - Paper Piercing Challenge

Hi there!

If you are looking for my Let's Get Sketchy post scroll down please!

This week at Made Especially For You we are challenging you to do some paper piercing on your card!

This is the card that I came up with......

Now I won't lie to you, this card did take a little longer than I anticipated it taking.  Once I printed, heat set and coloured the image with my Copics, I pierced along the dotted lines and curled up with a movie and set to stitching.  It took the whole movie to finish!  But I love the results!

Because of the scale of the image, I kept  the rest of the card and embellishments very minimalistic.

This is the pierced image I used .....

Normally I wouldn't share stamps or digis here because these things are copyrighted and for sale, but since this is a free download for anyone's use I am including it.  You can find this image and many more here, where I found this one.

Copics used.....

What little papers you see are MME.

This week's prize sponsor is Adam's Acres .....

Why don't you play along for your chance to win a $10.00 gift certificate.  You can link up on the Made Especially For You blog and you can check out what the rest of the design team created while you are at it!

Thanks for visiting!
